Sporting soma oitava vitória consecutiva antes da visita ao Dragão

Feddal e Nuno Santos marcaram os golos da oitava vitória consecutiva dos leões no campeonato.

O Sporting venceu este sábado o Portimonense, em Alvalade, e ampliou a vantagem pontual para os rivais, antes da visita ao Estádio do Dragão, na próxima jornada do campeonato.

O primeiro golo do jogo surgiu aos 27 minutos por intermédio de Feddal, que se estreou a marcar com a camisola dos leões. O segundo golo apareceu logo a seguir através de Nuno Santos que aproveitou uma oferta da defensiva algarvia.

O Sporting entrou em campo sem Paulinho. O reforço de inverno da equipa de Amorim ficou de fora deste encontro frente ao Portimonense por problemas físicos. Os leões entraram em campo com Tiago Tomás, como elemento mais avançado do ataque.

Do outro lado, estava uma equipa orientada por um técnico bem conhecido em Alvalade. Paulo Sérgio optou por um sistema de três defesas e fez duas alterações em relação ao encontro da última jornada com o Gil Vicente.

O jogo começou com o Sporting a ensaiar o contra-ataque. A equipa algarvia foi à área de Adán, mas os centrais cortaram. Pedro Gonçalves serviu Nuno Santos, que foi até à área contrária tentar assistir Nuno Mendes. Ao segundo poste, o menino formado em Alcochete, não conseguiu controlar e a bola perdeu-se pela linha final.

O Sporting começou a tomar conta do jogo, destacando-se as jogadas de contra-ataque. O primeiro golo do encontro surgiu aos 26 minutos, na sequência de um livre indireto.

Nuno Mendes levantou para área, Gonçalo Inácio desviou e Feddal, no ressalto, inaugurou o marcador.

O segundo golo apareceu logo a seguir. À meia hora de jogo, Nuno Mendes aproveitou o espaço concedido pela defesa algarvia e aumentou a vantagem dos leões no jogo.

Na segunda parte, o Portimonense voltou a demonstrar várias deblidades defensivas e os jogadores do Sporting aproveitava. Logo no início do primeiro tempo, Nuno Santos recuperou a bola no meio-campo algarvio e serviu Nuno Mendes. O jovem leonino ensaiou um remate de pé direito, mas a bola saiu ligeiramente ao lado da baliza de Samuel.

Depois deste lance, o Sporting optou por ir gerindo a vantagem confortável. Os jogadores pensavam já no jogo do próximo sábado no Dragão. O Portimonense conseguiu chegar-se à baliza leonina e criou perigo.

Na sequência de um livre indireto junto à linha, Willyan conseguiu cabecear na pequena área, mas a bola saiu por cima da barra da baliza de Adán. Ficou o aviso.

Aos 79 minutos, o Sporting voltou a carregar no acelerador e esteve perto de aumentar a vantagem por intermédio de Jovane Cabral. O avançado cabo-verdiano apareceu na área sem marcação, mas Samuel negou-lhe o golo.
