Tribunal húngaro considerou que os quatro acusados são culpados de homicídio, agravado por organização criminosa.

Um tribunal da Hungria condenou a 25 anos de prisão quatro acusados da morte por asfixia de 71 migrantes encontrados num camião frigorífico abandonado numa estrada na Áustria em agosto de 2015.

Oriundos da Síria, Iraque e Afeganistão, os migrantes, quatro dos quais eram crianças, morreram asfixiados no compartimento estanque que os traficantes recusaram abrir.

Os corpos foram encontrados no interior do camião, proveniente da Hungria, abandonado numa autoestrada no leste da Áustria, perto da fronteira com a Hungria.

O Ministério Público tinha pedido prisão perpétua para os acusados, três búlgaros e um afegão.
